"Really pathetic customer service with false commitments and promises. We ordered Coffee Table, Garden table and chairs set and Swing from this outlet. The coffee table delivered was having so many scratches. We raised this with the store and it was replaced after 15 days of rigorous follow ups. The delivered swing got completely loose within 1 month of usage. We raised the complain on 16th May. After multiple follow ups, the technician visit happened on July 5th. The technician confirmed that it is manufacturing defect as weaving is not at all proper. He also mentioned to me as well as Kuldeep Ji from this store that it is beyond repair and needs to be replaced. After that I got the assurance from Kuldeep Ji and store manager that it will get replaced with a new swing. It has been almost 3-4 months now add has not been replaced yet. I have been following up almost 2-3 times every week with Kuldeep Ji and store manager but every time they are committing some delivery date and false commitments. Literally fed up of their commitments and false promises. Every time they have new excuses and delivery dates but has not been replaced yet. Really pathetic customer services. Won't suggest anyone to go ahead with this store... Never... Rakesh"
